Getting to Our Center From Brookhaven
From central Brookhaven, routes typically run north on Osborne Road, then Windsor Parkway and Northland Drive to Roswell Road, and north to Hammond Drive, about 6 miles. Plan on about 15 to 25 minutes.
- From Brookhaven Village / Dresden Drive: take Peachtree-Dunwoody Road or Osborne Road north, connect to Windsor Parkway and Northland Drive, then continue to Roswell Road and turn right on Hammond Drive.
- From Town Brookhaven: take GA-400 or Peachtree-Dunwoody Road north to I-285, then use Exit 25 (Roswell Road) and turn right on Hammond Drive.
- From Buford Highway: take I-285 West to Exit 25 (Roswell Road), go north about half a mile, then right on Hammond Drive.
By MARTA: from Brookhaven/Oglethorpe station on the Gold Line, you’ll need to transfer to reach the Red Line, so most Brookhaven patients drive or use a rideshare, which is typically faster.

Ready to take the next step toward recovery?
Our Recovery Advocates are available around the clock to answer your questions, verify your insurance, and help you find the right level of care — at no cost to you.
- Intensive outpatient program (IOP): at least nine hours of therapy per week, typically for about 12 weeks, while you live at home. See our intensive outpatient program (IOP) page.
- Outpatient dual diagnosis care: treatment for substance use together with conditions such as depression, anxiety or PTSD. See outpatient dual diagnosis treatment.
- Individual and group therapy: individual therapy and skills-based group therapy with experienced therapists and counselors, using trauma-informed care.
Outpatient care is not the right starting point for everyone. We do not offer detox, residential or overnight care at this location. If you need withdrawal management or 24-hour support first, our team can coordinate medical detox at The Recovery Village Atlanta (Roswell, GA) or residential rehab at The Recovery Village South Atlanta (Stockbridge, GA), and you can step down to IOP here afterward.
